How do I begin using NGUMC Mail on Gmail?

How do I forward my account to another email address?
ACTION STEP (NOT RECOMMENDED): Send a request to email@example.com. The request must include your ngumc.net email address, and the email address to which your email is to be forwarded.

Your username: (firstname.lastname@example.org).
